Michael F. Zullas was quoted in the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly article, “Party over? Some local firms rolling back work-at-home options,” in which he discusses Casner’s hybrid work model. The firm’s current policy encourages staff to be in the office the “majority” of the work week due to the benefits of in-office collaboration.
