Paul N. Masuret, Executive Director
Paul serves as the firm’s Executive Director and has overall management responsibility for the business functions of the firm including finance, attorney recruitment, operations, human resources, technology, facilities, marketing, records management, and staff support. Paul is a non-voting member of the Firm’s Management Committee and plays an integral role in the strategic planning, practice management and business development for the firm. He received his BS from Northeastern University and has over 35 years of senior law firm management experience.
Paul is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), an international organization of professional managers of private law firms, non-profits, and government organizations. In 2006-2007, he served as the President of the Board of Directors of the Boston Chapter and has chaired or served on many of the committees for the Chapter. In 2024, Paul was recognized by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s Excellence in the Law award in the category of “Firm Administration/Operations.” The award honors attorneys and other legal professionals who have distinguished
themselves in the Greater Boston legal community.
