Administrative Assistant

Chana Payne

With over 15 years of experience, Molly Chung is a trusted advocate for individuals and families navigating the complexities of family law. She represents clients in a wide range of matters, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, paternity, prenuptial agreements, and complex asset division. Molly has significant experience handling high net-worth cases involving business interests, executive compensation, trusts, and other sophisticated financial assets. She is also well-versed in litigating and settling high-conflict custody disputes, helping clients protect their parental rights while prioritizing the best interests of their children.

Molly advises clients on post-divorce matters, including enforcement of court orders through contempt actions, and pursuing or defending modifications to custody, parenting time, and support. She also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating prenuptial agreements that provide clarity and protection for clients entering marriage.

In addition to her litigation practice, Molly offers divorce mediation services. She helps parties resolve their disputes outside of court through a collaborative and cost-effective process. Her ability to guide difficult conversations with clarity and empathy makes her a valued neutral in emotionally charged and high-conflict cases.

Molly also serves as a coach for individuals participating in mediation. She supports clients throughout the process—preparing them for sessions, reviewing proposed agreements, and ensuring they fully understand their rights and options before finalizing their divorces. Her coaching work empowers clients to approach mediation with confidence and clarity.

Molly is dedicated to mentoring junior attorneys and remains active in continuing legal education. Whether advocating in the courtroom, coaching a client through mediation, or serving as a neutral, she brings integrity, skill, and steady judgment to every case.
