Fitzgerald, family law attorney and Casner’s co-managing partner, presented at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) Domestic Relations Financial Summit 2022 on Feb. 10th. Fitzgerald presented during the session “Alimony: After a Decade of Reform…” where panelists discussed what has changed since the Alimony Reform Act was enacted, and whether or not the Act provided the clarity and predictability that it was intended to promote.
