To advance the firm’s goal of achieving a truly diverse and equitable environment, we’ve established Casner’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee. Our firm, like our profession, has room to improve and grow. In that spirit, our DEI Committee is actively committed to helping the firm:
- evaluate and refine our behaviors, policies, and processes to ensure that our people are well equipped, equitably assessed, and fairly rewarded
- foster a culture of belonging where every person feels valued and heard;
- develop best practices for an inclusive environment in which attorneys and staff are respected, supported, and provided with opportunities to succeed; and
- lean into the tough conversations that can lead to positive change at our firm.
