Actions Speak Louder Than Words

In furtherance of Casner’s commitment to creating a diverse environment, the firm has established a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee, which is comprised of partners, associates and professionals of varying backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

The DEI Committee is an advisory body on matters regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion across the firm, and is charged with recommending:

  • Specific actions and programs to recruit, retain, and promote talented individuals representing a diversity of backgrounds and experience, with a focus on individuals from historically underrepresented groups, including women;
  • Best practices for an inclusive environment in which attorneys and staff are respected, supported, and provided with opportunities to succeed; and
  • Opportunities for promoting and communicating the firm’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
