BOSTON, MA, October 2, 2025 – Casner & Edwards announces that Sebastian Estrada has joined the firm as an associate in the Business & Corporate practice.

Estrada is a corporate attorney focusing his practice on mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, and general corporate governance. A native Spanish speaker, he assists both domestic and Latin American clients with complex corporate matters and cross-border transactions, including corporate reorganizations, venture-backed financings, U.S. market entry strategies, and mergers & acquisitions.

Estrada received his J.D. from University of Richmond School of Law and a B.A. from University of South Carolina. Prior to joining Casner & Edwards, Estrada was an associate at Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton.
