Casner & Edwards’ David Koha, an associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice, is co-chair of the Boston Bar Association's Young Bar Meets Bench event on April 6, 2015. The program features each of the five bankruptcy judges from the District of Massachusetts.
The program includes a roundtable segment, where lawyers in their first 10 years of practice will be able to engage with the bankruptcy judges on various topics.
Koha's co-chair for the program was Ben Chapman of Brown Rudnick.
Koha focuses his practice on business and consumer bankruptcy law, including bankruptcy litigation and appeals. He has experience in all types of business and consumer cases, including representing trustees, debtors, creditors, and defendants in fraudulent transfer and preference litigation.
