There may be times when an individual or organization is uncertain whether an attorney is necessary or desirable to assist on a matter. Even if one realizes that he or she wants to hire an attorney, it may be difficult to determine whether a particular law firm has the expertise needed. In addition, as the law changes, clients of existing law firms, whether of Casner & Edwards or another firm, may need to be advised of those changes.
Not all of the areas of interest to a potential client can be addressed here, nor can all of the changes to the law be noted. This section merely provides some general questions, comments or ideas for clients and potential clients to consider when seeking an attorney's advice.
