Congratulations to Marc E. Fitzgerald, a Partner, in the Probate & Family Law Group, who was recently re-appointed to the Massachusetts Bar Association Family Law Section Chair for 2010 - 2011. As Chair, he will preside over monthly meetings of the section council and hold a seat as a section representative on the House of Delegates. The Family Law Council is charged with analyzing and preparing legislation, developing educational and professional development programs, producing articles and formulating and recommending policy and legislative positions to the House of Delegates.
