Casner & Edwards Attorney Peter I. Dunn Chairs MCLE Program, "Contract Review, Negotiation & Analysis"



Boston, MA  – Peter I. Dunn, a partner in Casner & EdwardsBusiness & Corporate practice, chaired “Contract Review, Negotiation & Analysis,” a continuing legal education seminar presented by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE).  The session was held November 3, 2015 at MCLE in Boston.
 
The seminar was designed for commercial lawyers looking for tips and insights on how to help clients accomplish their business objectives, understand legal risks, and make informed decisions when conflicts arise.
 
Dunn works with family businesses, emerging companies and start-ups in a variety of industries ranging from life sciences, medical devices, high-tech and finance to construction and specialty manufacturing. He practices in the areas of corporate and securities law, commercial finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Peter counsels clients on a wide range of matters such as formation, debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, employment matters, corporate governance, workouts, and restructurings. Dunn also serves on MCLE’s Business Law Section Curriculum Committee.
