Casner & Edwards Attorney Marc E. Fitzgerald to Present at MCLE'S 19th Annual Family Conference

Casner & Edwards, LLP announces that Marc E. Fitzgerald, an attorney practicing in the firm’s Family Law and Private Client Groups, will serve as a faculty member at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) 19th Annual Family Law Conference, April 15, 2016. Fitzgerald will speak on a panel discussing how children receive more of a voice in the divorce/post-divorce process when represented by counsel and other means.

Fitzgerald handles high conflict disputes in all aspects of domestic relations, equity matters and probate litigation, including divorce, custody, modification actions, child support, alimony, paternity, guardianship, adoption, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, de facto parenting and will contests. He represents clients in a variety of litigation involving complex business valuation, asset division, inheritances, custody disputes, domestic violence and non-traditional family structure.

The MCLE Annual Family Law Conference is developed exclusively for the family law practitioner. This year’s program takes a close look at a number of sophisticated issues and provides timely, practical information for all levels of practice. The conference features leading practitioners, experts, and judges speaking on current and emerging issues in family law and practice.
