Casner & Edwards Attorney Stéphanie Smith to Speak at BBA’s Employment Law Conference
Casner & Edwards LLP attorney Stéphanie Smith will speak at the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) Employment Law Conference: Connecting Lawyers and Industry, October 17, 2019 in Boston, MA. Smith will co-present, “L&E Issues Arising in M&A Deals,”which will discuss potential employment law issues that can arise when two or more companies join forces, whether through a merger or an acquisition. Renee Inomata, a partner in Casner & Edwards’ Employment Group, served on the conference’s advisory committee.
