Casner & Edwards LLP partner Peter I. Dunn served as Program Chair for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) webinar, “How to Advise on Business Closures,” on March 23, 2021. During the live webcast, speakers discussed practical tips for handling dissolution, employment matters, creditor concerns, and tax pitfalls and opportunities. Dunn works with family businesses, emerging companies, and start-ups in a variety of industries ranging from life sciences, medical devices, high-tech, craft brewing, architecture, engineering, and finance to construction and specialty manufacturing. He practices in the areas of corporate and securities law, commercial finance, and mergers and acquisitions.
