Casner & Edwards Attorney Julie Bryan to Speak at MBA’s Conflict Resolution Week Program

 


Casner & Edwards attorney Julie Bryan will serve as a panelist at the Massachusetts Bar Association’s (MBA) Conflict Resolution Week event, “Perspectives: Exploring Prejudice, Cultural Bias and Individual Experience,” October 16, 2019, in Boston, MA. The program will discuss how prejudice, bias and experience play a part in negotiation, dispute resolution and restorative justice. Bryan is also co-chair of the event.

Bryan is a business litigator, mediator and investigator who finds creative solutions to complex disputes. She regularly advises clients regarding their intellectual property rights, employer/employee rights, potential liability with regard to claims from competitors or creditors, compliance issues, ethics, governance issues and obligations under a variety of contracts in numerous industries. Bryan also has experience conducting internal investigations in schools and companies with regard to sexual harassment claims, Title IX compliance, and a variety of workplace disputes. Bryan is a skilled trial attorney with experience in both state and federal courts, representing clients from the initiation of a case through trial and appeal and has extensive experience with alternative methods of dispute resolution.
