Casner & Edwards’ attorney Jennifer M. Clark spoke at the Massachusetts Bar Association’s 28th Annual Family Law Conference held November 16 - 17 in Chatham, MA. She moderated the panel, “High Conflict Custody Matters, Contact Resistance, and Putting the Children in the Middle -- How Can This be Fixed,” which discussed the best advocacy options for judicial intervention during a child and family conflict.
Clark is a partner at Casner & Edwards, LLP. She was admitted to the Bar of Massachusetts in 2003 and for the last 15 years she has focused her practice on all aspects of family law matters. Clark is a Council Member for the Massachusetts Bar Association Family Law Section and a member of the Greater Boston Inn of Court. Clark has also been selected by Massachusetts Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in each year from 2009 – 2018, and was named in the Super Lawyers Women’s Edition.
Clark has previously been a guest lecturer at Suffolk University Law School in their Financial Issues in Family Law Course, as well as its Family Law Trial Practice Course. In addition to that, Clark has also previously been a moderator on alimony issues for the Massachusetts Bar Association at their annual conference in 2017.
The Massachusetts Bar Association’s 28th Annual Family Law Conference is sponsored by the Family Law Section Council. The 2018 event was titled Extreme Measures: The Outer Edge of Domestic Relations Litigation, and featured learning and networking with judges and colleagues.
