John T. Morrier, Casner & Edwards’ Managing Partner, said, “While some peer firms are maintaining or reducing their bankruptcy practice ranks, we see an opportunity to add talented attorneys to our Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group to meet increasing demand for middle market and smaller-scale insolvency matters.”
“Michael is an experienced and respected Boston attorney who brings to bear significant experience in commercial bankruptcy, construction and administrative law,” continued Morrier. “His broad legal skills will also help us form a Construction Law & Litigation Group to coalesce the type of construction-related work that many of our attorneys are handling.”
Fencer commented, “Casner & Edwards offers an ideal platform for me to grow my practice. The firm’s focus on steady growth and attorney collaboration are compelling and will benefit my clients in both the bankruptcy and construction areas.”
