Anita S. Lichtblau Speaks at Annual American Bar Association Conference
Anita Lichtblau, a partner in the firm’s Nonprofit Organizations Group, spoke at the Annual American Bar Association conference, held in Boston in August 2014. She joined other national nonprofit law experts on a panel entitled “Nonprofit Boards of Directors 101: What You Must Know.” Ms. Lichtblau discussed lobbying and political activity rules for nonprofits, as well as legal issues relating to fundraising and sweepstakes.
