• The Massachusetts affiliate of a national human services and housing provider in the development of assisted living facilities with memory care, with complex multi-layered financing including low income and state and federal historic tax credits, HUD-supported financing, tax exempt bonds, conventional senior mortgage debt and state-supported quasi-debt.
