Meghan concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, tax planning and probate and trust administration.
Meghan works with clients to implement estate plans tailored to the personal objectives of individuals and families with a view toward estate tax minimization and probate avoidance. She has experience with long-term care planning techniques, elder law matters, and establishing estate plans for disabled individuals. Meghan also assists fiduciaries with estate and trust administration, which includes guiding appointed personal representatives through the probate process, and assisting trustees on the administration of trust assets.
