Carmen F. Francella III focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He serves clients in various business disputes, as well as during government investigations and enforcement actions. He has experience advising clients during civil investigative demands and subpoenas, as well as during consumer protection actions brought under Chapter 93A.
Carmen is also a member of the firm’s Special Investigations and Regulatory Compliance Group, where he has extensive experience as an independent and external investigator. Since joining the firm, he has helped conduct sexual misconduct investigations for three elite New England boarding schools. He also recently conducted a Title IX sexual misconduct investigation. Carmen previously honed his investigative skills as an investigator for the Office of Bar Counsel of the Board of Bar Overseers.
