Jennifer M. Clark is a senior associate in the Family and Probate Law Group.
Her practice encompasses all aspects of domestic relations litigation, including divorce, custody, modification, child support, paternity, prenuptial agreements, probating of wills and will contests.
Additionally, Ms. Clark has been appointed by the Probate and Family Court as Guardian Ad Litem in divorce and custody dispute matters. She also has lectured at Suffolk University Law School regarding financial issues in family law and she has been Braintree High School's coach in the annual Massachusetts Bar Association Mock Trial.
Prior to joining Casner & Edwards, LLP, Ms. Clark was an associate at Shaw and Corcoran, P.C. where she concentrated in divorce, custody and civil matters.
Ms. Clark is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts and the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Ms. Clark is a member of the Norfolk Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Ms. Clark obtained her J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Clark interned for the Rhode Island Public Defenders Office in the Juvenile Division. Ms. Clark also, participated in the Juvenile Justice Clinic at Suffolk University Law School where she represented indigent youth in delinquency matters as a Student Attorney certified under S.J.C. Rule 3:03. She was also the recipient of the Juvenile Justice Fellowship.
Ms. Clark is a graduate of Saint Michael’s College where she received a B.S. in both Political Science and Sociology/Anthropology.
