Gregg S. Blackburn is a partner in the
Litigation Department. Mr. Blackburn has
represented clients in all Massachusetts
courts in matters ranging from intersection
accidents to defense of design engineers
and architects responsible for multimillion
dollar projects. He has tried numerous
cases to conclusion with consistently
positive outcomes.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Blackburn
was a reporter and then a local/state
news editor for a daily newspaper in Vermont
with six years of experience in that field.
Mr. Blackburn received a bachelor of arts
degree from Goddard College. He obtained
his law degree cum laude from Boston
University School of Law. Mr. Blackburn
is a member of the Massachusetts bar and
the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association.
He is admitted to practice in all Massachusetts
trial courts, the U.S. District Court
of Massachusetts, and the First Circuit
Court of Appeals.
